Will the flight attendant be able to assist me?

Is there a time limit or bandwidth limit?

Time limit applies to the type of pass purchased, i.e. 2 hours or 24 hours. There is no bandwidth limit while the pass is active.

Can I stream video or audio over this connection?

Do you allow VoIP connections? Will I be able to use my cell phone or Skype to make or receive phone calls?

In general allowing VoIP is strictly up to the policy of the airline you are traveling with.

Can I conduct/participate in a video conference while in flight?
